This 5-week Personal Coaching Program is tailored 100% to your individual needs and interests. At its core are 5 key coaching modules, but with your personalised feedback through a quick-response questionnaire, a weekly Skype Coaching Session with Mike and targeted Coaching Insights to follow up each week's session – the program is all about you. It gives you the opportunity to identify what you want to achieve, and work with Mike to develop practical techniques and strategies to achieve it.
Target your Professional Development: This is an ideal course for school teachers who are coaching, or new to coaching rugby.
Here's how it works...
Each week's program structure starts with Mike emailing you the module's questionnaire. We'll call this Day 1. The questionnaire gets you thinking about your coaching style and approach to common coaching issues. It's quick, it's easy and there are no wrong answers.
Submit your completed questionnaire by Day 3.
On Day 5, you'll have a scheduled Skype Coaching Session with Mike to review the week's theme, and discuss any issues that arise.
On Day 6, Mike will send you a number of 'Coaching Insights' articles with specific strategies and skills to meet your needs and interests.
You get to plan your week's timetable to fit in with your other commitments.
